Ministry Coaching & Mentoring

Cam is available for ministry coaching to pastors and church leadership teams.  He can run training sessions at your church location for teams, or simply be a helpful outside voice of reason for pastors needing encouragement and 'on the go' training.  Cam has worked in many contexts, and understands some of the more complex and significant journeys that occur in church life - leading through necessary change, working through church conflict, navigating governance, casting vision and being mindful of the next generation.  In addition, he is also able to help pastors develop their competency in ministry when the need for personal growth is identified.

Coaching will likely require both in-person contact in your location as well as Zoom or phone support along the way.
